• We deliver to mainland UK addresses. For Northern Ireland, Scotland (remote areas), and international destinations, contact us for a custom quote.
• In-store pickup is available at 6-7 Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, by appointment.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from order confirmation (for in-stock items).
• Custom-cut or large items (e.g., oak beams, bulk fencing): 7–10 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates; we do not guarantee specific arrival dates.

• Calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Exact costs are displayed at checkout.
• Free standard delivery on orders over £300 (mainland UK only).
• Additional fees apply for:
  
  • Express delivery (1–2 business days).
  • Delivery to remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands).
  • Liftgate or special handling for heavy items (e.g., timber bundles over 50kg).

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Couriers will attempt delivery to your specified address. If no one answered.，they may leave a card with re-delivery instructions or take the item to a local depot for collection.
• For large items, ensure access to your property (e.g., clear driveway, no low-hanging branches) to avoid delivery delays.

• Orders returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, repeated failed attempts) will be held for 14 days.
• We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional fees apply) or issue a refund (minus original shipping costs). Unclaimed items after 14 days may be disposed of.
